Jimmy (Ching-Hao) Kang

Jimmy Kang is an incoming freshman at Claremont McKenna College, where he plans to pursue or Economics or Economics-Accounting. With exceptional analytical and communication skills, he possesses near-native proficiency in English and a deep understanding of global financial markets.

With two years of experience in equity and alternative asset trading, Jimmy currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Infinity Research Capital (IRC), where he has successfully managed a diverse portfolio spanning public equities, cryptocurrencies, and financial derivatives. Under his leadership, the firm achieved an outstanding investment return exceeding 96% in 2023 and 112% in 2024, demonstrating his ability to generate alpha in dynamic market conditions.

Beyond his role at IRC, Jimmy has further advanced his career by joining a Taiwan-based family office. As the firm's youngest Associate, he plays a key role in private equity, real estate investment advisory, and due diligence for high-value construction projects. His experience in both public and private markets equips him with a well-rounded perspective on global finance, capital allocation, and strategic investment decision-making.
